We adore Windsor Metro West!! The community is even better than we expected when we moved in. We love our apartment. I greatly appreciate the professionalism of the staff. William seems to really care about the property. I also love how the ... maintenance crew responds to requests so quickly (I've never had to wait more than 12 hours). The amenities upgrades are incredible. Excellent Management Staff, they are professional, courteous, and polite to all residents. Very informative about events ... and keeping you up to date on all activities; simply put they are well managed. The Maintenance Department is proactive and they provide excellent follow up in addressing maintenance issues. It’s also evident in the well kept grounds. The community is quiet and very pleasant, most residents are friendly and very approachable. The Dog Wash & Park is a big plus and our dogs enjoy that luxury. The swimming pool, Work out Gym, and lounge are also great amenities that we enjoy. I would highly recommend Windsor Community to anyone that’s looking for a Great Community to live in.
